Year 6 Meet the Teacher Meeting (26 images)

On Wednesday 25th September, Year 6 held their ‘Meet the Teacher’ meeting. Parents were informed about the expectations in Year 6 and how they can help their child to achieve their full potential throughout the year. At the meeting, the Year 6 team discussed: SATs week and shared dates of the assessment, curriculum, upcoming education visits, homework, uniform and the importance of excellent attendance and punctuality as our pupils have so much to learn. Alongside the Meet the Teacher meeting, Year 6 teacher Mr Karl Baum, presented the secondary transfer meeting to ensure that all parents understood how to apply for their child’s secondary school placement. Parents were offered the chance to ask questions and clarify any uncertainties. Overall, the meetings were a success which attracted an excellent turnout from parents and guardians. Thank you very much for your continued support.
